Group Pilates Reformer: The best way to achieve the full benefits of Pilates Reformer workouts. In order to participate in the group reformer class you must schedule a private session to be evaluated. If you are a beginning reformer student you will need to complete a course of six private lessons before participating in group classes. Please register for group reformer classes, if only one person registers the class will be cancelled.

Mat Pilates: Featuring all of Joseph Pilates’ traditional mat work.

Mat & Strength: A class utilizing the discipline of traditional Mat Pilates work along with more focused strength training.

Pilates Stick: An innovative way to master all the benefits of mat work with Reformer and Tower mixed in. Stretching, Strength and Flexibility!

Exo Chair: The Pilates chair is considered one of the most challenging pieces of equipment designed by Joseph Pilates, so get ready for an awesome, full-body workout that strengthens the core and sculpts upper and lower body muscles. The focus on strength and conditioning exercises makes the chair appropriate for everyone, from the beginner to the seasoned athlete.

Studio Circuit: Utilizing the Reformer, the Tower, the Exo-chair, Ladder Barrel and weights in a circuit format. Previous experience on Pilates equipment is required.

Mat, Strength & Stick: Pilates Stick, Pilates mat, and strength training to build greater stability and core conditioning.

Anusara-Inspired Yoga: Classes are based on an elegant set of alignment principles. Each pose is progressive and leads to an "apex" pose, which epitomizes the heart-centered theme of the class. Expect to play the edge while having the time of your life!

Bootcamp: Strengthen and tone your whole body in this energetic and personal trainer styled group fitness class!

Low Impact Dance: This low-impact, high-intensity dance workout is for the exerciser looking for a workout that's tough on the heart, but easy on the joints. Based on a variety of dance styles but easy to learn.

Pole Dancing - For Women Only: Explore a different side of your personality, get funky, get sexy, get vertical! A women’s only party!

Step & Strength: a dynamic multi-level workout designed to increase cardio conditioning, endurance, muscular strength and coordination.

Streetfighter: A low-impact but high intensity cardio kickbox class combining elements of boxing, mixed martial arts, dance and aerobics.

The Ultimate Workout: Want it all? Cardio, Strength, Core Training…this class is all you need! 60-90 minutes of intense training!

Zumba!: Ditch the workout, join the party! Latin flavor, international zest combined with cardio conditioning! Zumba with Eric does not require membership, class cards are sold by him.

Mommy & Me classes include a babysitter for an additional $2/per child. You must schedule a space for yourself and your children at least 24 hours in advance as spaces in babysitting are limited. Please explain to your child that they are not allowed to climb on the equipment and snacks are not allowed in the studio.
