Bootcamp with Heidi & James

Bootcamp with Heidi and James is a 6am, Mon, Wed and Friday high intensity class which begins on March 15th.  This class has been designed for those seeking more demanding workouts to achieve results in as short a period of time as possible. Each class has a different objective in order for your body to reach its maximum potential. There will also be 2 Saturday classes (dates to be announced).

$210 for the four-week cycle to be paid in advance. A minimum of six people need to be signed up for this class to be held.

Schedule Updates March 6th & 27th

The Pole Dancing class scheduled for March 6th has been cancelled.

Heidi will be attending the Empower AZ Fitness Event in Phoenix March 27th and 28th, so no classes that Saturday! Join her there!

January 27, Wednesday:
No Pilates Stick at 12:00

January 28th, Thursday:
8:00 Dev teaching Bootcamp
3:00 Exo Chair with Betsy

January 29th, Friday:
8:00 Streetfighter cancelled
9:00 Group Reformer with Betsy (1 space available)
3:30 Mommy & Me Mat Pilates with Betsy

January 30th, Saturday:
Ultimate Challenge rescheduled to Sunday at 9:00

Thanksgiving Specials & Hours

The Ultimate Challenge workout will be given on both Friday and Saturday this week. Come in from 8:00 – 9:30 either day for a super blast of endorphins! It’s free for members, non-members can take one session for $5 or both classes for only $6!

The studio will be closed on Thanksgiving day. We’ll be open all day both Wednesday and Friday. See you here!

Announcing Pole Dance Classes

polegirlPole @Ease classes, the dance party for women only, begin on Friday, October 23 at 7 PM. The first 30 minutes we warm up to prepare for doing moves on the pole. Then we move into instruction time and hands-on practice. At the end of the 90 minute session you have a chance to perform and show what you’ve learned!

Priya’s Grand Opening Celebration

To celebrate their open house on Friday October 9, Heidi and Steve Benson, owners of Priya Pilates & Fitness, invited the Sedona Chamber of Commerce to help celebrate with a ribbon cutting. Thank you to Mayor Rob Adams, the Sedona Red Rock News, Board Members; Mal Wienges, Joel Gilgoff, Mike Hermen and Lonnie Lillie for helping the Chamber offer Priya Pilates a warm welcome to the business community.

It’s Thriller Time!

Come learn Michael Jackson’s “Thriller” to be performed on Halloween night in front of the C-Market in Uptown Sedona. This is an all-age community performance and everyone is invited to learn it. Rehearsals will be on Mondays and Tuesdays, Oct. 12, 13, 19, 20, 26,
and 27 at Priya Pilates & Fitness Studio located at 2050 Yavapai Drive, Suite 3A, in West Sedona, directly opposite The Oak Creek Brewery. Continuous “Thriller”/Ghost Rave performances will happen between 5:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 31 during the Uptown Safe and Fun Trick or Treat event.

The rehearsal studio has been generously dontated by Priya Pilates & Fitness Studio. For more information about “Thriller”/Ghost Rave rehearsals, please call Martha Edwards at 821-1037. A $10 donation is suggested to cover the cost of sets and lighting.
